You can choose from filing cabinets or zip drives. There is a wide array on how you can store data in different types of hardware.
Other choose to have hard copies and file the old fashion way.  Choose what would be most convenient for you.

4. Other Usual Office Supplies

Like any other business, you should always have papers and pen. Usual supplies would also include staplers for putting together papers and different markers or highlighters.

Calling cards are usually a major plus factor in the office. You can give this to your clients so that they know where they can reach you.
